Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday could be flexible in low season.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring halogen hob, microwave oven, grill, extractor fan, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space with all crockery and cooking utensils. |
| Living Rooms: | The apartment is finished to a luxurious alpine standard with top of the range traditional wooden furniture. The lounge has ample seating with a large dining table and a 2m long settee/convertible bed. Satellite TV and DVD player are also provided. |

Linen is included an comprises full bed sets, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. A cot or highchair may be available. |

Outside
There is a large balcony with 6 garden chairs. A lockable underground garage. You won't need your car here but it can be parked securely and there is plenty of space for skis etc.

An 18 hole course is located in Les Praz 10 mins from the town centre.
Skiing
Chamoix ski and snowboard: A mecca for expert skiers and snowboarders, Chamonix is known throughout the world. All ski areas are accessible by car, train or the shuttle bus, which is free with your Cham’Ski or Mont Blanc ski pass. Slope areas locally include: Le Brevent La Flegere 1095m - 2525m. Walk to Les Praz or take a shuttle near the apartment where it is linked by gondola and cable car to Le Brevent summit, a large area with pistes of all levels. The stunning views of Mont Blank are worth the price of the lift pass. Les Planards 1062m - 1242m which is 10 mins walk from the apartment offers pistes to satisfy all skiers including beginners. Good snow is guaranteed with snow cannons. Le Savoy 1049m - 1125m is a walk to the other side of town or a shuttle bus trip and is great for beginners and children.
Travel
One of the great advantages of holidays in Chamonix is its proximity to Geneva airport - less than an hour away. There is a direct road into the town from the airport which remains open throughout the ski season. This makes it the ideal getaway location for your Chamonix holidays. Getting to Chamonix (Plane and Transfer). By Plane: Geneva is the closest airport to Chamonix (98km). By Transfer - Car Hire: This is a fast and easy way to get to Chamonix.

Booking notes
Rates quoted are per week for the whole apartment. A 40% deposit will be required to secure your booking. Once we have received the deposit we will send you confirmation of your accommodation by email, fax or post. We will reserve the accommodation for 48 hours - this option will expire if we do not receive the deposit. The balance of your holiday is due no later than two months prior to departure. If the booking is made less than 2 months prior to departure, then the total cost is payable.
