Situated in the ski region of Paradiski (Les Arcs and La Plagne). Catered chalet in the winter and self catered in the summer. Great views across the Tarentaise Valley from the balcony and the pool area. Open log fire. This chalet is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the skiing or the many summer activities on offer. During the summer 1 bedroom is used for the owner's storage so only 5 available sleeping up to 11.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds (during Summer months). Winter months they are per person catered including half board. Children's prices when sharing parents room are: Under 3 years free, 3 - 11 years £195. 11 years - 16 years £215. When the children take their own room its adult price less 10%. For groups taking the whole chalet in the winter there are bigger discounts. Contact us if you wish to take the whole chalet eg. 7 March £2600 catered.
Changeover day
In winter the changeover days are Saturday. In summer flexible.

Private pool (for the summer only) 7 x 3.5m half in the ground half out. 1.50m deep, heated pool. Stone BBQ, outside table and chairs and sun loungers. Large terrace in wood by the pool area. Also small garden area where the BBQ is situated and another terrace. 2 large parasols are also provided.
Golf
Golf course at Arc 1800, 20 mins drive away from the chalet.
Skiing
This chalet is located right in the heart of the Paradiski ski area (Les Arcs and La Plagne). Over 420km of skiing. The ski lift is a few mins away where you have the choice to hop on the link to La Plagne or ski straight in the Les Arcs region. The resort is ideal for all levels of skiers or snowboarders. English and French ski schools.
Travel
Car is essential. Nearest airports are Geneva/Lyon and Chambery (winter only).
Distances
Peisey Nancroix village is 5 min walk. Vanoise National Park 10 mins drive away. Annecy 1 hour 15 drive away. Chamonix 1 hour 30 drive away. Lyon 2 hour 30 mins.
Further details
For larger supermarkets, banks and swimming pool - 15 mins drive to Bourg St Maurice.
Booking notes
A booking form must be filled and sent with the deposits £75 per person. The balance of the holiday is due 10 weeks before the departure date.
