Welcome to our typical Breton cottage accommodating 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen and modern downstairs shower room, lounge / diner, log burner, British TV, via sky, CD player, DVD player in lounge. Electric heaters in all rooms. Sunny conservatory tv. Private front and back garden, patio, BBQ, outside utility room. Off road parking, internet libray near by beaufiful scenic walks through huelgoats trust land. 30 mins walk or 5 mins by car to the tourist town of Hulegoat and lakes, offering several bars restaurant, creperies. It makes your stay in this idyllic countryside a compliment to both sightseeing and relaxation. Bakers, butcher, supermarkets, chemist, post office, doctors in Huelgoat square. Vets for our dog lovers for there tap worm injections before heading home Nearest beach Carontec, approx 45 mins north. Bendet approx 1 hour 30 mins. South Morlaix 20 mins. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, tourist house hunting. 2hours 30mins from St Malo approx 45 mins from Roscoff.

Wheelchair users, it is alright everything is downstairs, no steps to go into cottage but the bed is a sofa bed.

there is a pretty sunny garden front and back with a patio, garden chairs and table bench barcecue. Very pretty.private and relaxing and safe for your children or dogs

Carentec coast 45mins approx by car (north). Benodet 1hour 30mins by car (south). morlaix 20 mins by car. Canentec and Benodet are lovely sandy beaches. roscoff lovey beach and old town and port 45 mins by car.

Huelgoat town has banks, butchers, supermarket, hairdressers, bakers, restaurant pubs, estate agents, church, doctors and a local market on Thursdays. Vets for the dog lovers to get there dog injected for tics and tapeworm before heading home. Cycling, walking, horseriding activities are all available.

20% of deposit on booking and remainder of payment 6 weeks before departure. £100 security deposit on booking will be held and refunded if no breakages, after stay. Payments by sterling cheques please. The owners are not liable for any accidents while staying in our property holiday insurance is strongly recommended by guests. 10% off of Brittany Ferries if booking with our code.

We bought this cottage 4 years ago and we put many hours of hard work to get it as lovely as it is today family and friends have enjoyed so many lovely holidays here, and the peace and beauty of the french way of life no stress peaceful surroundings beautiful walks and yet just 5 minutes to all you need. The holidays in our cottage has enriched our lives and gets us away from the stresses of life and hope maybe you too would like to share this with us and have your holidays in our cottage with a big heart settled in the french trust land.

We bought this lovely cottage so we could have somewhere we could get away for our holidays and the stresses of life. France is the perfect place for this in this beautiful area of Huelgoat you are away from the crowds and yet 5mins drive and you are in the busy town of Huelgoat.

Also the beauty of Huelgoats trust land and scenery and wild life is just a walk away from the cottage rest and a have a drink in the internet cafe on your way or stop and have a crepe in the forest it self when you take the path to the town of huelgoat or just rest on our patio and listen to the birds peace away from the stress of life.
