Le Moulin de L'Etang (The Mill on the Lake) is a 17th century mill house situated in the Loire Valley. It is a fully secluded private setting with its own 3.5 acre lake, situated in a little town called Noellet. The Mill has its own rowing boats for use on the lake. The lake is perfect for fishing in tranquil surroundings. There are several types of fish in the lake - Perch, Common carp, Mirror Carp. The patio area of The Mill has a large Stone barbecue with Cafe tables and chairs for all the family, and has its own private garden area with many different types of plants and trees.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday to Friday. Departure 10am. Arrival 4pm. Both local times.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double mezzanine. Bedroom 2 double. Bedroom 3 twin beds. All rooms have a view of the lake and garden. Each are decorated in a Mediterranean style, with full comforts. All bedrooms have enough wardrobe and drawer space to accommodate. |
| Bathrooms: | Toilet separate from bathroom. Bathroom includes a large bath, separate shower cubicle, sink and mirrors. All towels are provided. Shaver power point (requires an adapter for an English plug). |
| Kitchen: | Large beautiful country kitchen with integrated appliances inc washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge. All stainless steel equipment. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine facilities. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a log burning fire, a large TV, DVD and CD player, books for all the family- maps of the local area. Plenty of films, music and board games for children and adults. English free view satellite channels, French TV. |

Outside
3 patios, one has full sun, one for shade and one for barbecue. All include french cafe tables, chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers. There are 2 boats which accommodate 3 people in each for use on the lake. Onsite fishing equipment is not provided- please return the fish to the lake. Thank You.
Coast/Beach
La Boule is 1hr30 drive from the mill and is said to have the most beautiful sandy beaches in the whole world. The marina's are known for attracting the rich and famous, although you can still eat out at around 30 Euros per person.
Angers is another coastal town, 1hr drive from the mill. It's famous for it's French and Italian restaurants and cuisine. Here you can have local home-made pizza. Savoury and sweet crepe's are a traditional French dish.
Golf
Combree (5km's away) offers swing golf.

From Nantes airport to the mill is approximately 1hr 30mins on the N171 route towards Chateaubriant.
St Malo port or Dinard airport to the mill is 1hr 30mins. The best route to follow is via Rennes.
