Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
For the long rental periods you can have a discount.
When you leave the house you have to clean it or if you don't want, you have to pay an extra of 50 euros.
During the cold period heating will be an extra of 60 euros/week.
A caution of 500 euros must be paid when you arrive and refound you when you leave if there's no problems
Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible if the house is not booked before or after.

Annecy is at 7km and it is a wonderful small town with all the commodities.

There are a lot of shops in St Jorioz: supermarket, banks, hairdresser, pharmacy, photographer, newsagent, tobacco shop
All the commodities: doctor, tourist office, physiotherapist.
There are a lot of restaurants and very good ones (Veyrat, Le Père Bise, Collomb....)
Around the lake there are a lot of beaches (St jorioz' beach is at 600m of the house and you can swim just in front of the house)
On the lake you can practice all nautical activities.
There's a children's club for water sports.
There's a hospital in Annecy.
