The accommodation is a beautifully renovated farmhouse and outbuildings with character and traditional features installed to perfection. The larger gite boasts a traditional large kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a large bedroom with 4 single beds. The shower room (and one of the double bedrooms) is located downstairs allowing easy access for those requiring all amenities to be located on the ground floor. The second gite has a kitchen, double bedroom and shower room. Both properties overlook a beautiful lawn with a large table and a gas barbecue; perfect for those warm summer evenings! There are also parking facilities. The property is located in the peaceful village of St Mayeux which has all the amenities you will need with a family run bakery, shop and post office; whilst it still exudes the character and charm of a traditional Bretagne village. Le Lac du Guerlédan is only a 5 minute drive away from the village and boasts beautiful sandy beaches and clear waters.

Notes on accommodation
Linen is included however towels are not provided. The property is cleaned twice per week and upon agreement with guests.
Accessibility
Gite 1 has a double bedroom located on the ground floor so that all amenities within the gite are accessible. Gite 2 has no stairs.
Outside
There is a large garden and barbeque area at the back of the property with seating and lighting. There is also patio furniture at the front of the gite.
Coast/Beach
The property is only 5 mins drive from Lac du Guerlédan which has beautiful beaches with watersports and restaurants.
It is also only 1 hours drive to the nearest coastline.
Travel
The property is 1 1/2 hours drive from Roscoff or St Malo which are the nearest ferry ports.
Dinard airport is also only 1 1/2 hours drive away, and Brest airport is 2 1/2 hours drive away.
Distances
The village is 15 minutes drive from Pontivy.
