Discount available for one month lets. All included: Electricity - water - gas - gardening - pool treatment / cleaning. Except: Bed/bath/kitchen/pool linen to be discussed depending length of stay and number of occupancy. Usually priced at 20 Euros/pers. for 1 or 2 weeks stay. Cleaning and maid for 2 weeks stay and at departure is on the top (usually 60 Euros for an intermediary cleaning and 120 euros when checking out).

Towels and bed linen included for 2 weeks stay. For 1 week stay extra charge (ask for a quote). Final cleaning at departure 100 Euros. Intermediary cleaning 60 Euros for a 2 weeks stay.
Electricity, gas, water and pool treatment is included in the rent.

Notes on accommodation
Very easy to live in and to care with children. Most of the land is flat. The pool is very big and very easy to watch out from most rooms of the villa.

Outside
The house lays at the bottom of a big natural terraced land with some olive trees while the main front view opens on the 14 x 5 meter swimming pool surrounded by a nearly flat exotic garden. The impression of space with a full sky opening and far extended landscape, with some blue sea, gives a real feeling of freedom.

One may relaxe on some wooden poolside beds shaded by umbrellas or under the shade of an olive tree while another can sit at a small round Moroccan "zellige" table and sip tea under the main loggia. The long teak table with 8 seats is shaded by a large pergola. A small barbeque is available.

Coast/Beach
The beach at Cagnes is 6 miles away we rarely miss an evening stroll along its lovely new prom. Nice is 20 mins away and Cannes takes about 30-40 mins. There are many other lovely spots along the coast, we love Villefranche and Golfe Juan. Of course Antibes and Juan les Pins are less than 20min away. Wherever you drive to from Vence, the scenery is stunning. Visit St Paul de Vence and Grasse. Or just drive up the mountain. Another day trip would be to Monte Carlo or San Remo over the border.

Golf
It is a 15-20 min drive to the nearest golf course which lies towards Valbonne.

Skiing
One hour drive to the ski resorts, also nice place to go in the summer! 40 minutes drive to Grιoliθre Station.

Travel
Nice International Airport : 15 min drive. Use of car is recommended. Very easy and direct access from the airport to the villa. If you drive from the UK it is very easy to get to Vence from the A8.

Distances
The centre of the wonderful old bustling market town of Vence is only 1000m away. The Cite Historic is absolutely charming. There are many restaurants, bars, food shops, clothes shops and a bi-weekly market. There are also many art galleries. One of favourite spot could be the terrace of the Brasserie Victoire, on the main square, where you can sit and watch the Real Provence go by over a glass of Provencal wine.

Further details
There are many restaurants, bars, patisseries, butchers, grocers, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks, boutiques etc etc. Vence is a thriving community that, however, loses none of its village charm. You are just, literally, spoilt for choice.
We leave several travel guides in the bookshelves in the house, with details of so many places of interest it would not be possible to list them all here.

Booking notes
One summer holiday rental contract will be completed and returned with 20 to 30% deposit. The balance is payable 1 month prior to departure, or on arrival at the villa if balance is paid in cash. A security deposit/holding cheque of 2500 € (or equivalent in £) is required in case of damage or breakages, which will be returned into your hands when checking out.
We recommend you take out appropriate insurance to cover personal belongings, accident and health needs should this be necessary.

Very tranquil area, but within walking distance of the town and hence restaurants. The house was beautifully designed and stylishly furnished, spacious and airy, adding to the relaxed feel of the holiday. It was very clean when we arrived and was easy to maintain throughout the stay. If I had small children I might be nervous about some of their possessions as they could be damaged, but this was not a problem for us as our children are older teenagers and so they appreciated the decor very much. The swimming pool was lovely with good views and had an interesting robot keeping it clean. The owners were very helpful when showing us around the house and were keen that we should make full use of it and enjoy our stay. They were extremely helpful when it came to local knowledge recommending walks, cycle rides and an excellent restaurant for our son's 21st.

Also being a local real estate agent for the last 15 years with a local office down town. My wife is Interior designer with a solid reputation for business or privates projects. Mostly working in Cannes and Mougins. We are privates owners, but offering a reliable, professional experience and service for letting our family property.
