Les Vignes, a 150 year old Normandy country house offers exceptionally attractive accommodation for 6 adults plus 2 babies/toddlers. There are 3 large bedrooms, one with a mezzanine/4th bedroom/playroom, all with stunning views across the garden and beyond to the hills of the Suisse Normande. The 2 lovely sitting-rooms both have French windows to the garden; one has a grand piano; a further living room has an open fire and French doors to a south facing patio and the delightful gardens. There is an extremely well equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Les Vignes is within easy reach of the D day landing beaches and all local outdoor sporting activities.

Notes on prices
Reservation fee-25% at time of booking, the balance of the rental is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Damages deposit payable in cash payable on arrival - 250 euros.
Included in price:- Gas, bed linen, towels and bedding ( duvets, eiderdowns, mattress covers, blankets, pillows). Not included in price:- logs, electricity.
Cleaning service is available on departure - 100 euros.
| Bedrooms: | All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and decorated; they are light and airy, south facing and all have stunning views across the garden to the hills beyond. Each bedroom is a good size, there is a copious amount of wardrobe/cupboard space in each room. There are hairdryers, eiderdowns, duvets, pillows and blankets in each bedroom, bed linen is provided; all upstairs windows have child safety catches. There are 2 cots, a carry cot, 2 child buggies and children sleeping bags as well as baby blankets.

Accommodation is suitable for maximum 6 adults plus 2 babies or toddlers. There are two cookers in the kitchen, one electric and the other gas. There are 3 ovens in total plus a microwave which can also be used as a conventional grill/oven. There are two very pretty sitting rooms both with French windows opening onto the garden; one has a grand piano, the other is the television room with satellite TV, DVD player, CD player etc. There is also a large beautiful dining-room with a pretty log burning stove, this room opens on to a South facing patio and the garden. For long stays, (more than a fortnight) a weekly cleaning service is available. **High speed internet access.

This lovely old Normandy house is perfect for a quiet relaxing break or outdoor sporting activity holiday including mountain biking, walking, paragliding, horse-riding, water-skiing, jet-skiing and golf. There are 12 golf courses within easy reach, Clecy being the nearest, 9 kms by road. It is ideally situated for sightseeing; the historic towns of Caen and Falaise are within 30 minutes drive, Bayeaux, Bagnoles de L'Orne, Domfront, Deauville and Honfleur, Mont St Michel and also the D-day landing beaches are all within an hour's drive, Paris is 2 hrs. There are numerous chateaux, zooligcal parks, museums and miles of glorious sandy beaches within very easy reach.
