This is an ideal hideaway property, great for one or two families wanting to experience rural Provence at their own pace. Fully grown hedges and trees provide complete privacy. The property consists of the house, which measures 200 m2, and a guest house of 30m2. The property consists of 2500 m2. The garden is flat and thus ideal for younger children, and there is a beautiful, large pool of 5 x10,5 m with steps leading into the water. The property is enclosed and the gate opens with an automatic gate opener. You can walk to the village of Fayence which is a typical Southern French village. At the heart of Fayence’s life is the delightful village square. Three times a week, the visitor can stroll among the stalls of the year-round local market. Below the square lies an open-air theatre and the village offers several charming restaurants and boutiques with clothing, local crafts, and food.

Notes on prices
Rental includes linen and towels as well as final cleaning. If you stay longer than a week we will change the linen after a week and clean the bathrooms.
We ask a 30% down payment when making the reservation, the rest 6 weeks before arrival plus a 25% refundable breakage deposit.
Long term rentals welcome. Please ask us for price which is depending on lenght of stay.
