This beautiful luxury Chamonix apartment rental is in the most fantastic location, 100m from the renowned Aiguille du Midi lift in central Chamonix. It has recently been totally refurbished to a very high standard with stylish and modern furniture throughout. 1 double bedroom and one double/twin bedroom, both of which are en-suite. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room which allows up to 6 people to share this apartment. Fully fitted modern large kitchen, dining and living area are open plan. The large balcony with stunning views of the Chamonix valley, extends the full length of this apartment allowing it to be extremely light and airy. On the 4th floor in a peaceful, yet central location. Just 5 mins walk from the main square, Place Balmat, with many restaurants, bars and shops just on the doorstep. There is easy access to the main ski lifts and convenient and regular bus service connects to other ski areas of the Chamonix valley. The apartment is fully equipped.

This Chamonix apartment rental has a large terrace balcony which extends the whole length of the apartment with fantastic view up the Chamonix valley.
Relax in the comfortable all year deck chairs and enjoy the magnificent view.
Although this Chamonix apartment enjoys the most fantastic central location, the surrounding area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. There are no buildings overlooking the apartment which allows such wonderful uninterupted views up the Chamonix valley.
There is also private secure undrground parking with direct access to the Chamonix apartment which takes all the hassle out of trying to find a parking space.
There is also a private lockable ski cave which is extremely useful for skiers.
Golf
Chamonix also has a 18 hole golf course just a 10 min walk from the town centre. Set in the foot hills of the Alpes, the beautiful surroundings must make it one of the most enjoyable places to have a round or two, in the world!
Skiing
Chamonix is one of the most accessible of the French ski resorts, with about an hours drive from Geneva airport or seven hours(560 miles)direct routes from Calais.
It offers not just a single ski resort but a chain of ski areas along both sides of the valley dominated by Mont Blanc.
The Chamonix valley caters for all levels of skier and snowboarder. Le Brevent and La Flegere provide the bulk of the intermediate skiing but such is the diversity of pistes that skiers and snowboarders of intermediate level can spend a week in the valley without going to the same place twice.
Beginners are well served by the runs aswell,the best is Le Tour where there is plenty of opportunity to practise on green runs. For advanced skiers the possibilities are endless but must include the Grands Montets at Argentiere, a truly magnificent and dramatic mountain.
In summer, the Chamonix valley is just as exciting and beautiful to visit and is world renowned for walking, climbing and mountain biking.

Car Hire:
Geneva airport offers a range of car hire companies if you wish to self drive. It's not essential to have a rental car though, when you are in Chamonix.
Distances
The town itself built in the 19th century will not disappoint with its comprehensive shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, casino and abundant night life all open in the summer and winter. The cobbled attractive town centre crossing the pretty river Arve provides a convenient meeting place to relax in the afternoon sunshine.
No visit to Chamonix is complete without a ride up the Aiguille du Midi cable car the highest in Europe from which the 20 km glacier run down the Valle Blanche begins.
