Changeover day
Stay should be booked from Saturday thru Saturday specially during high season (summer) the rest of the time it is negociable, longer stays are welcomed and prices are then very interesting.

Linen are included, cleaning must be done by tenant, or else will be charged 45 euros upon departure. Cleaning can be organized upon request.

There are at least 3 golf courses located 30 mins from the house.

Skiing
Auron and Isola 2000 are about 1h30/2h00 drive from the property, smaller ski station of Greollières is 40 km away.

Travel
25 minutes driving from Nice Airport, 15 mn driving from Cagnes sur Mer train station. The property being about 3km from Vence city center car hire is essential.
