This lovely two storey house has the following accommodation: Downstairs: Entrance hall with separate wc. Double bedroom with en suite shower room. Large living/dining area with Flat Screen TV, Sky Box, and Blue Ray DVD. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Upstairs: Three further bedrooms (two double, one twin), bathroom and separate wc. Garden: Garden with swimming pool, large seating area outside kitchen, and further seating area outside sitting room with barbeque. The house is situated on a golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros. There is a holiday village within walking distance and other activities are available such as horse riding and tennis.

Notes on prices
There a 10 per cent discount applied to bookings for second and subsequent weeks. Arrival time is from 4pm on Saturday and departures before 10.00am on Saturday. Other arrival and departure days may be facilitated if in low or mid season. 25% of the fee is required as deposit when booking with the remainder being paid 8 weeks before your arrival. There is also a £400 refundable security deposit. The property is fully cleaned and maintained by our agent who is generally onsite and contactable all day. A welcome pack of basic food/drink awaits each guest.

Location Information: Welcome to Provence! Drive down beautiful roads lined with plane trees, past vinyards and between stunning mountains. Take the long winding roads to see the authentic little towns with bustling market places such as Lourmarin. Or perhaps the larger bustling markets found in places such as Aix-En Provence. Further afield, taking the peage for speed (or travel the scenic route) and you can find yourself in the old port town or Marseille for some sea food and plenty of shopping. Alternatively, travel north to the historical town of Avingnon, where you can stroll Sur La Pont, D'Avingnon (on the bridge at Avignon) as the French song goes. There are always plenty of things for everyone, activities for children, sightseeing for adults, or simply relaxing in the sun. Pont Royal is situated on an 18 hole golf course with a range of extra activities including horse riding, tennis, quad biking, shops and restaurants. Once a week in peak season the market comes to the village square and you can buy a variety or french cheese, olives, meats and gifts. Provence is a stunning area, one visit will not be enough!
