Our villa has magnificent views over the Mediterranean. We have a beautiful infinity swimming pool, lots of terrace space and patio area. We are about a mile from the village which boasts a supermarket, butcher, baker, wonderful restaurant, chemist, doctors, hairdressers, tabac and paper shop and an office de tourisme. The lounge, dining room and kitchen all face the sea, as do four of the bedrooms, three of which have balconies. We are about l5 miles from St Tropez, there are lots of good beaches within a close distance and if you like markets, you can go to a different one every day! The house has been totally renovated and so everything is brand new. We have satellite TV, video and stereo. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. We have tried to make our villa so its like home from home as soon as you arrive.

We do not rent the property from end October to beginning of March.
Changeover day
Arrival and departure dates are reasonably flexible but preferably Saturday.

| Living Rooms: | There is a lounge/dining room. The lounge has two very large sofas, a rocking chair and coffee tables, a satellite tv, video and stereo. The dining area has a table and eight chairs. We now have internet access in the lounge. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are included. They are not changed in between lets. Cleaning is included at end of stay. Midweek clean for 2 or more week let. |

The villa may not be suitable for young children or the infirm as there are steps leading down to the house. Please ask owner.

Outside
Our pool is an infinity one which l0m x 5m and 2m deep. It is a private pool but is not heated. We have enough outside furniture to accommodate at least l2 people. The barbeque is on the patio outside the kitchen. We now have a table tennis table and will have a completed boules pitch by next year. More for our tenants to enjoy on site!
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is about a mile away and there are several other beaches along the coast within a very short driving distance. All of the beaches have restaurants and toilet facilities.
Golf
There is a golf course at Valrose, near La Londe which is about 20 kilometres away. There are other golf courses towards Nice.
Travel
Toulon is the closest airport, about 35 kilometres. Ryan Air fly here from Stansted. The other two airports are Nice and Marseilles which are about 60 miles away.Both Easyjet and BA fly to these airports. A car is essential.
Distances
The village of Rayol is a mile away with most facilities. The towns of Le Lavandou and Cavalaire are about 3 miles away in opposite directions. Our villa is about in the middle of these two towns. St Tropez is l5 miles away and the village of Gassin about l0. This is a lovely hilltop village with beautiful views and superb restaurants.
Further details
Our village has everything you would need from bread to meat, wine to restaurants. There is a bank, post office, etc.
There are tennis courts in the small village of Cavaliere and also a golf range.
Booking notes
A booking form will be sent to secure the villa. A deposit of 20% will be required and the balance due within 6 weeks of arrival. A security deposit to be left with agent in France to be returned on departure.
