This 80 sq.m. traditional style chalet is located on the outskirts of Les Contamines village and comes with its own private south facing garden and garage. The chalet is based on 2 levels and comprises of 3 bedrooms; a very large double room with balcony which can sleep an additional 2 people on a pull out double sofa bed; one twin room on the first floor and 1 twin on the ground floor. The downstairs has an open planned lounge/kitchen/dinning area. The kitchen comes equipped with dishwasher, full sized cooker with 4 rings, fridge-freezer and there is also a washing machine at your disposal. The sitting room area has a DVD player and TV. There is direct access to the large garden which includes a BBQ and garden furniture. A recently refurbished shower room with sink and WC is located on the first floor and there is a bathroom on the ground floor. The private garage can be accessed from the inside and there is an exterior parking space.

Changeover day
Generally we run Saturday to Saturday. Outside of peak times we try to provide as much flexibility as we can.

| Other: | A private garage, accessible from the inside of the chalet, is at your disposal. There is also a washing machine at your disposal. |

Linen is not provided. Either bring your own or this can be hired locally for 10 E (approximately £7 per person) for a single sheet set, 13E for a double and 4E per bathtowel. |

Outside
Large secure garden - ideal for families with children or those who just want to relax and take in the stunning views of glaciated peaks and jagged mountain crags.
Coast/Beach
Just 15 minutes away you'll find lakes for fishing and water sports, with dedicated beaches and swimming areas, where you can swim whilst looking up at the towering summits of Mont Blanc.

Courses in Les Contamines (2 mins), Megeve (15 mins) and Chamonix (25 mins).
Skiing
We have an amazing 500kms of piste throughout the Evasion ski domain, which includes Les Contamimes, St Gervais and Megeve. The lift system is highly efficient and there are hardly ever any queues. Runs to suit all abilities, from wide open greens and blues to steep narrow blacks. There are 3 half pipes and 2 'fun-parks' as well as flood-lit skiing facilities. Off-piste skiing is abundant and possibilities for ski-touring are endless! This chalet is within 3 minutes (by car) of the ski lifts.

Geneva airport - 1 hour (regular transfer service available).
8 hours drive from Calais.
Car hire (or self-drive) recommended.

Further details
Les Contamines is a small, but charming Savoyard village, retaining much of it's original character. There are several small supermarkets as well as an excellent selection of bars and restaurants.
Just 20 minutes away is Megeve, with it's pedestrianised centre and many chic bars, designer shops and expensive art galleries.
Booking notes
We request a £300 deposit at the time of booking and payment in full to be made 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £300 is also requested on arrival and returned at the end of your stay, less any deductions for breakages etc.
Pets will only be accepted with prior consent.
