Beautiful Catalan mas,set in 100 acres of its own land, with magnificent mountain views, located in the charming Vallee du Riuferrer, just 10 minutes from Arles-sur-Tech. The house has been recently renovated to the highest standards retaining all its idyllic charm but offering completely contemporary levels of comfort. The private gated and secure pool area has its own shaded dining and barbecue area with very comfortable seating and a big dining table. The pool is heated during mid and high seasons. The are pool loungers for sunbathing and umbrellas for shade. It is in a very secluded position, situated above a lovely mountain river (with fenced access), surrounded by fields and forest, with an extensive sunny balcony for dining or relaxing running along the front of the house allowing you to enjoy the calming views across the valley.1 hour drive to beach at collioure or argeles. childrens playroom,dvds,books,games,pool table,table-tennis,sunken trampoline,football field.

The accommodation consists of a ground floor with superb, large and comfortable living area, sun room-cum-dining room, and kitchen with all modern appliances, including microwave. There is a separate laundry room outside with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also on the ground floor a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate cloakroom. Upstairs you will find another double bedroom with ensuite, as well as one bedroom with three singles, with its own toilet and wash hand basin, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. There is another toilet/shower room on this floor. There is a large toy/games room with TV and DVD player and pool table. There are also three single beds in this room. There are additional camp beds and a cot. The swimming pool is heated from june through to end of september,is enclosed by lockable gates and is 9 metres by 5 metres.
