This beautiful apartment was completed in July 2005 and is within a well presented complex which is partially residential. The apartment has a lounge/kitchen which is open plan with a balcony and two bedrooms, and a second balcony to the master bedroom. It is set in landscaped gardens (privately owned) and is within 20 minutes walk of the centre of Dinard with its beautiful beaches, nearest is only 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is set within secure grounds, there is an electronic security gate to the car park area, where there is a space available to park securely.

Dinard is a pretty Victorian sea-side resort with numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a casino. The famous beach at Dinard with its blue and white victorian striped beach huts is a 20 minute walk away and is very popular with families. There are many more shops and restaurants in the picturesque ancient walled town of Dinan, only 20 minutes drive. There are various places of interest, fishing villages, ports and beach resorts worth visiting.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought this property as a new development, we chose Dinard because it has so much character and is always alive even in the winter months. There is so much to see and do and this is a great base either to spend time in Dinard or from which to travel further afield into Britanny or Normandy. There is a fast TGV link from St Malo direct to Paris too and a small ferry across to Jersey and Guernsey. The airport is literally 10 mins to the door by car or taxi and St Malo is only 15 mins drive away. We have been to Dinard many times and in all seasons - and never tire of it!
Unique benefits of the property
Most of our reviews have enthused about the location of our apartment and the fact that you don't need to drive and can walk easily to the town and the numerous beaches. This is ideal if you wish to leave your car in our secure car park and walk to town thus avoiding the hassle of parking and driving. The apartment is bright, airy and fresh with two balconies - the perfect spot for some peace, rest and relaxation.
