Villa Lou Mazet is a magical provencal style villa in an idyllic setting on the edge of a hilltop village called Tanneron. Nice airport is 45 minutes drive and the beaches of Cannes and La Napoule are only 20 minutes away. Lou Mazet stands in its own 3000 square meter of private hillside grounds with beautiful views over the unspoilt valley of the Massif du Tanneron. Its proximity to the village of Tanneron which is s 5 minute walk makes it a perfect location. The house is furnished to a high standard giving it a very welcoming atmosphere in order to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The house is very well laid out making it an ideal place to stay for 1 or 2 families with lots of private areas both in grounds and inside the house. There is a secluded 10mx5 swimming pool with view set away from the house down some steps which is totally private and professionally maintained with a covered pool house area . There are two tennis courts within 5 minutes walk of the house .

Notes on prices

50 percent deposit required on booking and 50 percent three weeks prior to arrival or 25 pct on booking and 75 percent 8 weeks prior to arrival . A security deposit of 500 GBP will be required against damages . Included in the rental rate: Bed linen , towels ,electricity . Final cleaning is included if the villa is left tidy and rubbish taken to local bins .

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has an en suite dressing and bathroom. There is a door leading straight onto the terrace with views over the mimosa forests. The other double bedroom and one twin bedroom has french doors leading out into the flat garden where you have wonderful morning sun . All these bedrooms have built in wardrobes . The second twin bedroom is located with a view of the swimming pool , next to the second living room / childrens playroom .

Location Information: Tanneron is located 10 km from the sea at Cannes Mandelieu . It is a small village set at the top of the Massif du Tanneron which gives spectacular views . Village has couple of restaurants , post office , boulangerie , newsagents . It is also conveniently located near to Fayence , Grasse and Pegomas . It takes around 40 mins to drive to centre of Cannes .
