A security deposit of £300 / 330€ returnable(within 2 weeks of departure) subject to satisfactory inspection report. A 20% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed. This is non refundable. You are advised to take out a travel insurance policy with a cancellation clause which may enable you to recover non refundable monies.. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. AN ADDITIONAL £30 /33€ PER PERSON IS CHARGED PER WEEK ON NUMBERS EXCEEDING 4 PERSONS ..Air conditioning is an optional extra on request for periods outside July and August and is charged at £25 /28€per week. Bedlinen & bath towels are provided. 50 euro is payable on arrival to our agent towards all sevices.Tax de sejour and light final clean are included in the price. A hamper can be provided at a supplement if required from our resident key holder. However the local petrol station has a shop open late for basic food requirements.Supermarkets are open on Sunday morning Mid stay cleaning can be arranged and will be payed locally. Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms both fitted with built-in wardrobes and side tables with lights. One of the bedrooms is equiped with french television/dvd player and clock radio. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening onto an east facing balcony - wonderful for breafast in the sun . Balcony's have electrically operated awnings. There are electric operated shutters to the the patio doors for added safety. Beds are from England and of a high quality and very comfortable

Notes on accommodation

Bed linen and towels for use in the apartment are provided , but no beach towels are available. Extras are paid in cash to the key holder on arrival. We consider this is not a suitable environment for very young children because of the amount of glass in the apartment i.e. patio doors etc. There are ample sun loungers round the swimming pool. Visitor parking spaces are available in the undergroung garage BEFORE the up and over door. Behind the door are private parking spaces only. A dustbin room is situated in the private area and can be reached by lift. . The lift operates from first to second floor making the apartment suitable for older people. A change over day is negotiable out of peak seasons. We provide an excellent information book in the apartment and are delighted to assist in planning visits within the area to suit all interests.

A golf pass may be purchased at the tourist information centre in Mandelieu to play both the old course, on the coast road,and the Golf de Barbossi on the other side of town. One course is flat with Pine trees to avoid and a river to cross and the other hilly. Both are quite beautiful. Many other golf courses are to be found in the area- all in under an hours drive. We will provide extra information to those wishing to play golf

Skiing is available near this property.
The nearest ski resort is just north of Grasse. at Greolieres les neige. Auron and Valberg being more challenging. Either drive or take the ski train from Nice. Just over the italian border and easily reached are more ski resorts.It is possible to ski in the morning and swim in the sea in the afternoon!
