There are also a selection of restaurants, bars, beauty shop, hairdressers and superb deli/grocery facilities within the vacinity. Ideally placed for Cannes film festival (5 mins drive), Monaco Grand prix (30 mins train ride) and Juan les Pin Jazz festival (10 mins walk) as well as adventure breaks in the snow (90 mins drive) or exploring Italy (short train ride). Good bus and train links to the airport.

Nice airport is a 30 minute drive by car, but is also accessible by bus. The public transport links run all the way up and down the coast they are easy to use and frequent.

The nearest town is Golfe Juan which is a 20 minute walk, Juan les Pins is a 30 minute walk, both along the beach front.
5 mins drive to Antibes, 30 mins to Monacco, 15 mins to Cannes by bus or 5 mins by train. 90 mins to Italy and skiing.

The apartment is close by to local shops and restaurants.
Marineland, crazy golf, a funfair and a water park are all within a 20 minute drive.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before date of arrival. A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required at time of final payment.
