This beautiful Provencal style villa is located only minutes from the excitement of the Cote D’Azur glamour and the beaches of St Raphael -Cannes. The villa has a large fenced garden and a very large private swimming pool that can also be heated - but not in winter, and is also fenced for child-safety. The villa is also in walking distance from the residential tennis court. It is located in the close proximity of the perfume city of Grasse, the beach resort of St Raphael and the two Dave Thomas designed 18-hole championship golf courses providing some of the best year round play.

Kitchen: The kitchen well equipped with cutlery, utensils, glassware, oven and tableware you’re likely to need, as well as a microwave, electric oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: The lovely living room has a panoramic glass door overlooking the private pool and lounge area. The cozy dining room seats 8. Open fireplace for winter evenings.

Notes on accommodation
The pool can be heated, as an option - only in autumn, spring and summer. A fuel heat exchange system with meter is installed to be able to self control temperature and costs.

The swimming pool is 12 x 5m and 1,50m deep, with 4 stairs.
The pool maintenance is done weekly

Coast/Beach
St Raphael beaches 30 minutes. Cannes beaches 30 minutes. Lake beaches 5 minutes.

Nice International Airport 50 minutes, St Raphael TGV train station. Airport pickup (Nice) can be arranged at nominal fee.

Cannes is at 15 km -Grasse is at 10 km -St Raphael sea side is at 30 km -
Fayence at 8 km.

Where do I start?

We have been here in 2004, 2005 and 2007 we like it that much. The house itself is large and equipped with everything you need. The garden is massive and totally enclosed if you close the gate to the road, so your kids can charge around to their hearts content in safety.

You will need a car, no ifs buts or maybes on this score because it is rurally located. If you are after the high life with lots of bars, clubs etc on your doorstep, go somewhere else unless one of you is prepared to drive to Nice.

If you are looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful area then this is the place for you.

If you don't speak French don't worry, the owner speaks brilliant English although he will likely be out of France but unless things have changed since we were last there, the owners local representative Serge lives about
