Beautiful old mas in the middle of the countryside 7 km to the nearest village, Cotignac, in the heart of Provence. The property comprise two farmhouses separated by a 2 meter passageway. The main house has one big open sitting room, dining room-kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven etc...upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The adjacent house has three double bedrooms and one bathroom. The house is well shaded by mature trees which provide welcome shade during the hot summer months.

Outside
Large garden with lots of mature trees providing ample space for everybody to find a quiet corner for their afternoon naps, hamock provided. Pool gets the the sun from 7.30 in the morning until 9 in the evening. Built in outside barbecue. Ping pong table.
Coast/Beach
The house is 1 hour drive from St Tropez, Sainte Maxime etc.
Golf
The nearest golf is Barbaroux between Vidauban and Le Luc, 25 minutes drive from the house.
Special interest holidays
Lac of Saint Croix for sailing and windsurfing is 25 minutes drive north of us. The Verdon Gorges are well known for magnificent scenery are adjacent to the lac. Absailing is done near Correns and Chateauvert. The house is in the coteaux Varois appelation.
Travel
We are 1 hour drive from Marseille Airport, 1 hour drive from Toulon airport (Ryanair) and 1,5 hours drive from Nice airport. The Aix en Provence TGV train station is 50 minutes by car. Car hire is necessary as the house is not near any public transport.
Distances
Distance to Cotignac 7 km.
It is 1 hour by car (door to door) to Aix En Provence.
1 hour by car to Cannes.
1,30 to Nice.
1 hour by car to Marseilles.
Booking notes
A deposit of £400 for damages is required refunded at departure.
A deposit of 25% when booking the holiday with the rest to be paid eight weeks before the start of the holiday.
