The Pressoir sits within the grounds of the manor and shares the walled garden to the rear. Fully restored to a very high standard in 2009. The manor house has a lounge with a huge traditional open fireplace and wood burning stove offering all the comforts of home. There is a large dining room that will seat 12 leading to a kitchen with all modern conveniences. There are 3 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom on the 1st floor with a family shower room and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen has a range cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. In addition there is a utility room with automatic washing machine. The Pressoir has a huge lounge, modern kitchen and 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. Also attached is a single bedroom self contained annex with lounge and kitchenette.

Notes on prices
Manor House
The property is available on a weekly basis from 4pm on the first Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. All public holidays are charged at the peak rate of £995.00 (£1195 for Xmas and New Year) Linen can be provided at an additional charge of £12.00 (€15.00) per person per week. Over the Christmas and New Year period 2012/2013 the house is available from Thursday 22nd December to Thursday 29th December '12 and from Thursday 29th December '12 to Thursday 5th January 2013.
We are able to rent both houses together should you wish the entire estate for your own use. Rate A Low season £1249.00 Rate b Mid Season £1377.00 Rate C High Season £1591.00 Rate D Xmas & New Year £1890.00
We charge a refundable damage deposit of £150.00. We reserve the right to charge a £50.00 cleaning charge if the property is left in an unacceptable condition.

Should you NOT require the annex to the pressoir the rates will be discounted by 20% as follows :- Rate A Low season from £650.00 to £520.00 Rate B. Mid Season holiday from £750.00 to £600.00 Rate C. Peak Period from £850.00 to £680.00 Rate D. Xmas/New Year £995.00 to £795.00

Manor House
The house is approached by the tree lined private drive with shrubs and grass areas to the front and uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside. The house and pressoir (Cider press) both back on to the large walled garden. There are barbeque facilities and garden furniture. We have 2 large outdoor tables with twelve hardwood chairs as well as recliners. The main house kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, range cooker, built in fridge/freezer and automatic washing machine. For entertainment is a flat screen television with DVD player and video. Also a CD/tape stereo system is available.
Les Vignes Pressoir
The property is set within the grounds of a small manor house and backs onto the communal walled garden. There is ample parking to the front and and area to the side has been set aside for privacy. The annex also backs onto the walled garden and has its own small area to the front.

Location Information: St. Pierre sur Dives is the nearest town of any size. It grew up around a rich Benedictine abbey that was founded in the eleventh century and still boasts a remarkable old abbey church. Centred around a medieval market hall there is a weekly market where fresh local produce can be purchased. Falaise is the birthplace of William the Conqueror The town is situated in the Ante valley and is dominated by his enormous fortress high above a ravine. The French national equestrian stud, situated at ‘Le Pin au Haras’ is a forty-minute drive from the house through delightful countryside. The fashionable coastal towns of Honfleur, Deauville & Trouville are all but a short drive away as are many of the smaller more intimate seaside villages. Equally the Normandy ‘D’ day landing beaches are within easy reach & Paris is but two hours away. This area is also the gateway to the Suiss Normand, an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are historic Chateaux, gardens to visit, & the Cider and Cheese.
