(Linens and cleaning extra.) 500 Euro security deposit required for families, payable with final payment. Single sex groups and New Years Eve 1000 Euro deposit required, payable with final payment.

Weekends of up to 3 days may be considered on a case by case basis. For bookings of less than 4 nights towels and linens are not provided. They are however available if you should wish for a 15€ / bedroom supplement.

Location Information: St Martin de Brιhal, is a popular family beach resort, situated just north of historic Granville, birth place of Dior. At the end of the street is a 9 hole golf course, the sailing school (with sand yachting, sailing lessons, kite surfing and wind surfing) and the 12km sandy beach, with the biggest tides in Europe. The property is 300m from the race course and riding school, and about 800m from the village centre. It is approximately 1 hour from the D-Day Landing beaches to the north, and 1 hour from Mont St Michel to the south-east. The property is very close to the salt marshes for excellent walking and bike paths. Throughout the summer there are concerts and activities in the village centre. Flying lessons, microlight flights and parachuting jumping are available, with views of Mont St Michel, 3 kms away, next to the 18 hole golf-course.
