Approximately 200 year old cottage based next to the banks of the Nantes to Brest canal in secluded location, yet only 2 minutes walk from the village of Rohan, which has shops, bars and restaurants. The house is approximately 20 metres from the canal banks, and there are country walks in both directions.

Changeover day
Change over day can be flexible with prior agreement and subject to bookings. Persons must vacate the cottage by 10am on day of departure and will not be allowed access until 2pm on day of arrival, subject to any other agreed times.

Accessibility
The property has narrowish stair cases and is probably not suitable to those with mobility problems.

Patio area and driveway with views to the canal. Outside the house there is a large grass area to the canal that can be used for ball games.

The coast is approximately 30 minutes drive with excellent beaches.

Further details
There are 4 bars in Rohan, a number of bread shops, and a small supermarket. There is an excellent Creperie, Pizzaria and Hotel with restaurant in the village.
For the children there is a secure playground in the village.

About the owner
We live in England, but travel regularly with work and have a number of properties around Europe.
We bought the property in Rohan as we loved the location next to the canal, but also just 2 minutes from the village centre with its bars and shops. It is so beautiful and peaceful, it is the perfect place to relax, but also enjoy local french life.
