About the owner
My wife and I moved to this lovely area from the busier
less rural area near Grasse in 2005. We have lived in France for about 12 years. The Eastern Var is without doubt a very convenient area in which to live. We are surrounded by mountains and forests and yet are only about 35 mins by car to Cannes and the hustle and bustle of the coast and all its night life. We think our life has been interesting and varied, including having owned hotels, yachts and a ski business in Scotland.
I am a marine and mechanical engineer and I am also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist. My wife Lorna has extensive experience in the management of many businesses, catering, owning and managing a retail business in the UK and with me was employed in the super yacht charter business. Steve and Lorna.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The location although very rural is only 35 mins drive to Cannes. Yes we are remote from the Summer crowds.
