You will be able to shop at Val d'Europe and its designer outlet shop "La Vallée", and your children will be excited by visiting Sea Life.
You will also be close to the well-known Champagne region.

We are a French family with 2 little boys, aged 6 and 4.
We live in the house attached to the accommodation, so it is very useful to get all the information you will need when you come over, all the details you don't get when you rent a hotel for example.
Fred and I both work in the tourism/transport, so we both enjoy the contact of foreign people, and especially the one who come in Mouroux!!!
We both speak English, and I speak also Spanish.
We have a very friendly dog that everyone love!!! He is THE star when guests are coming over, but he stays well behind the fence, so don't be scared...

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We love the area.
It is so easy of access, but in the same time, it is countryside.
It is good for us because we enjoy cycling, walking in this lovely countryside which is full of rivers and hills, and forests, but we also enjoy living very close to Coulommiers which is a beautiful little town with everything we need to get busy!
And the location is excellent : only 20 minutes from Disney area, and 1 hour from Paris.
Unique benefits of the property
Our property is convenient because it is located in the town center of Mouroux's village. So when we want some fresh croissants or "baguette" for breakfast, we go to our neighbour : the baker!
We also enjoy living so close to everything! Talking about tourism, as well as commodities.
