Stone-built cottage, a newly and tastefully renovated barn in the Cotentin Peninsula, quiet location and an ideal starting point for walks and drives in the countryside but still only a 5 minute drive to the beach. Front yard and large back garden with a sandpit, a barbecue and sun loungers. And a woodburner for those winter evenings.

Living Rooms: The living area is very spacious. It includes 2 sofas (one sofa bed), an armchair, a woodburner and a farmouse table with chairs and a bench. Nicely decorated with bright and cheerful colours.

Large garden at the back of the house, ideal for children or sunbathing, very private, including sun loungers, table and chairs, barbecue and sandpit. There is also a front yard with a picnic table and a private car park space for up to 3 cars.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is Lindbergh Plage, a 5 minute drive. Beautiful sandy beach set in a protected area where a walk in the dunes leading to the next sailing resort town of Portbail is a must.

Golf
The Golf course of St Jean de la Riviere is situated at 8km from the cottage. It is a very pleasant 9-hole running through the dunes.

Travel
40 mins from Cherbourg Ferry and airport.
1 hour and 15 minutes from Caen Ferry.

Bookings can be made either by contacting us by phone or by e-mailing us.
A contract will then be sent to the holidaymaker.
Deposit must be sent back with the signed contract with a deposit of 20%, the rest is to be paid on arrival.

A lovely cottage with wonderful ambiance. Decorated and furnished with style and real flair. We have never enjoyed a holiday more; Lots of Love, Maggie and Ron.

You have a beautiful house here in beautiful surroundings. We would love to be able to stay longer. There is so much to see and do her and it was lovely to come home in teh evening. Patrick in particular loved the orange light. Everyone loved feeding Rhubarb and Twiggy (the goats). Michael, Kay, Brona and Patrick Rafferty.

We love Normandy! The goats were well fed by the children, and the children loved playing with the cats. Thanks Stephanie and Patrick. Love The Carrs
