With tiled floors, exposed beams and freshly-decorated throughout, the villa offers spacious accommodation for up to 8 people. It has a private entrance and driveway. The large sunny pool is a particular highlight and the sun shines almost every day. The beautiful town of Ceret with its artistic heritage and spectacular Saturday market is just 5 minutes away.

The Med. is about 30 minutes from the villa where resorts include Argeles and Banyuls together with the beautiful medieval harbour at Collioure.

Skiing
The excellent French resort of Font Romeu is 90 minutes away with Andorra also close by.
Travel
Perpignan airport is 35 minutes drive from the villa. Girona is 45 minutes away. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The villa is 10 minutes from the Spanish border, 30 minutes from the Mediterrranean and 90 minutes from Barcelona. The region offers endless cultural and recreational facilities and the sun shines nearly every day of the year.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday together with a refundable deposit of £200 held against damage/breakages.
