Our farmhouse dates from 1881 and is situated at the end of a quiet lane, 500 metres form our nearest neighbour, deep in the Aveyron countryside. We have renovated the farmhouse and surrounding buildings to provide high quality accommodation in the form of 2 completely independant, non-adjacent gites, 2-bedroom/2-bathroom Honeysuckle for 2-6 persons and 1-bedroom Figuier for 2-4 persons. Both gites have been decorated to a high standard retaining all original features - stone walls, oak beams, high ceilings and each has a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Our 2 acre south facing garden has fantastic views across the surrounding countryside and is yours to explore - play a game of boules or table tennis, pick some blackberries, feed the donkeys or just sit with a glass of local wine and watch the sun go down.

Notes on prices
Quoted rates are for 3/4 persons for gite Honeysuckle. A reduction of £50 per week is given for 2 persons requiring only one bedroom. A supplement of £50 per week will be added for 5/6 persons. Rates include electricity, hot water and gas. See our web site www.sallevezines.net for availability and rates for gite Figuier . All bed linen and towels are provided. For guests staying for more than a week, clean linen and towels will be replaced on a weekly basis. A welcome pack will be awaiting each party upon their arrival - homemade bread, fresh milk, butter, jam, tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of wine. Heating is not included in the rental rates but may be requested on a day by day basis during your stay as required at a rate of €10 per day. Washing facilities are available in a separate laundry room at a charge of €3 per load to cover the supplied detergent and electricity.
A cleaning supplement/deposit of £50 will be added to the rental price. This is returnable at the end of your stay if the gite is left as clean and tidy as you found it. A security deposit of £150 is required on arrival. This is returned at the end of your stay provided there is no damage or breakages.

Notes on accommodation
Delicious home-cooked meals using fresh ingredients from our garden can be provided at any time during your stay. B&B is available from €60-€85 per night for a couple. For guests wanting to get away from it all and leave the stress of driving behind, we can provide a pick up service from Rodez airport for €25 each way.

Location Information: Our nearest town is Rieupeyroux, just 5 minutes away with restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, cinema and a swimming pool. The Aveyron has 10 of the officially classified 'Most Beautiful Villages' in France (more than any other department). We are just 15 mins from Belcastel with its restored château on the banks of the Aveyron, 20 mins from Sauveterre with its medieval arcaded square and 30 mins from Najac with its Royal fortress.
