Gas central heating and hot water. Parking for 2 cars on driveway. Telephone with incoming calls only. With regret the garden and swimming pool are not suitable for unsupervised young children. The swimming pool is open from the 2nd May Bank Holiday- Sept 11. There is a security deposit on this property. Regret no smoking. 1 well behaved dog permitted by arrangement.
