All properties have open plan living areas, with well-equipped kitchen’s, along with luxury bedrooms and bathrooms. All the apartments have amazing views of the Atlantic and are situated on the ground floor. All rooms in Cloud Nine have a sliding door to the large balcony, which comes complete with a hot tub and patio heater for added luxury even in the cooler months. All of the apartments balcony's come complete with furniture - perfect for dining "al fresco" or just enjoying an evening drink whilst watching the sunset over the Atlantic. The sea is constantly changing with the weather and tides, the sea views are amazing at any time of the day or month and so whatever the weather, it makes the apartments a wonderful place to stay in any season..The apartments and surrounding area lend itself to doing as much or as little as you please, but you are sure to want to return

Important notes on accommodation
No extra charge for heating. which makes the properties suitable for winter breaks. Each room is thermostatically controlled and there is underfloor heating to the bathroom and en-suite. Air-conditioning is an integral air circulation/ventilation system. TV is digital channels received over Sky. Along with free Wi-Fi internet access in all the apartments.There is an allocated parking space for the apartment within an enclosed and secure car park within a few feet of the front door. All apartments are exceptionally well equipped, suitable for families of young children as well as having luxuries for adult couples to enjoy.We provide a welcome pack upon your arrival, so please do let us know, when booking if you have something to celebrate! Sorry we do not accept pets in any of our apartments.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. A 25% discount is given for 2 people staying during the period 1 October - 31 May, excluding school holidays. Short breaks are available between 1 October and 22 July. Minimum three night stay. Early booking discounts are available when booking for a week or more, when the booking is at least 3 months in advance - please contact us for details. Returning guest discounts also available.
Changeover day is Sunday (flexible out of season). Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10am.
Please call or e-mail to double check availability. Payment can be by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque. 50% rental fee payable at the time of booking to secure dates.
Final balance payable six weeks before arrival. A £100 refundable damage deposit is payable (with final balance) for all bookings, which will be refunded to you following satisfactory inspection. About the area
One of the best beaches in the area is right on the doorstep. Westward Ho!'s two miles of golden sands is a blue flag beach with Northam Burrows behind. As the tide goes out hundreds of rock pools appear, which can provide hours of fun for children. Westward Ho! also has its own surf school for both adults and children. Just a short drive away are Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton, which are also amongst the finest beaches in Europe
A round of golf at the Royal North Devon Golf course can be included in your stay at Seascape. The Club is situated just over a mile from Nassau Court on Northam Burrows with magnificent views over Bideford Bay towards Lundy Island. It is the oldest links course in England, par 72. If you let us know that you are interested at the time of booking, we will send you more details. Numerous other golf courses are available within an hour's drive of Westward Ho! which makes it a great base for golfing enthusiasts.
How to get there
Westward Ho! is on the North Devon coast just off the A39 between Barnstaple and Bude. A car is recommended although Westward Ho! is well served by public transport. The nearest airport would be Newquay. Detailed directions will be sent to you following payment of the final balance.
Westward Ho shops are less than 5 minutes walk. There are a a variety of places to eat, from teashops to good restaurants. Bideford is 5 minutes away in the car and Barnstaple is 10 to 15 minutes away. Extensive tourist information is provided in the apartment.
Westward Ho has two supermarkets; (the Co-op has its own bakery), post office, chemist, butchers, another bakery, surfing shop, and several teashops. There is a Morrison's supermarket in Bideford. For those of you like to shop on-line both Tesco and Sainsbury's deliver to Westward Ho! and can be found on the outskirts of Barnstaple.
Cloud Nine - Had a lovely time, apartment and hot-tub were great (Even on a cold night, it keeps you warm). Cloud Nine - fantastic stay, attention to detail is second to none. Seascape - amazing apartment - a touch of luxury but with all the essentials, especially for kids. Seascape - What a fantastic holiday we have had here in Westward Ho! Once we were able to get the kids aways from the toys we could explore the area! Pebbles - What a truly fantastic apartment, the view is just amazing and always changing. We will be back!
