Our lovely home set in large south facing grounds gets plenty of sun day long. The 10 x 4 metre heated swimming pool is in its own open top building next to large courtyard. The large front garden with lawn and Koi pool is home to many rare species of plants and trees. The large sunken garden at the back of the property with large granite rock features, shubunkin pond and open views over the fields where cows graze, is extremely private for sun bathing. Situated on a very quiet lane only a few minutes drive to our local village 'Constantine' with its shops, pub, social club and Tolmen centre. The property is very spacious, very light and airy with large windows and French doors leading out on to the courtyards where the large hot tub sits in it's own log cabin building. There is ample secure parking for several cars in the properties own large car park. Bonus - we have our very own pure spring water so forget buying expensive bottled water.

Notes on accommodation
Our home is ideal for families, however our Kio pond is 5ft deep and does not have a fence around it, we do feel that because of this it is not be suitable for toddlers or children who cannot swim.

Outside
The front garden has a great patio area, also summer house over looking the Koi pool. Other benches around pool.The swimming pool is in its own open top building by the sunken garden along with luxury shower and changing room. The sunken back garden has a granite table with benches for alfresco dining. This area is very private for secluded sunbathing as is the hot tub courtyard. The hot tub will seat 6 persons in comfort.There is a large secure carpark at the back of the property.

Coast/Beach
We are situated at the head of the beautiful Helford river made famous by Daphne du Maurier's novel 'Frenchmans Creek' Gweek one of our nearest villages is well known for the 'National Seal Sancturary' Gweek is about 7 minutes drive. Constantine village is around 5 minutes drive. Falmouth is 10 minutes drive, Helston is around 10 minute drive, Newquay is around 40 minutes drive. St Ives is around 40 minutes drive. The Lizard point's most southerly point is 25 minutes drive. Subject to traffic.

Golf
There are several golf clubs close by.

Special interest holidays
An ideal location for walkers, there are lovey foot paths all around us.Also this is a very popular area for cyclists.For surfers the south and north coast beaches are easily accessible. For sailors our local yacht club at Port Navas is a short drive away. Boats can be hired at Helford, Falmouth and Mylor. The Eden Project is about 45 minutes drive away. For surfers and windsurfers this is the place to be. For artist's there are many beautiful areas and St Ives is noted for its great light. For horse riders we have 4 acres of pasture. The area has many great walks and the coastal path is a favourite. For nature lovers and bird watchers there are excellent places to visit. For lovers of a tan without tan lines our many secluded beaches are within easy reach of anyone reasonably fit. Fishermen are not left out with great course and seafishing very close by.

Travel
Newquay Airport has many flights from around the country is around 45 minutes drive away. Car hire can be arranged. Falmouth railway station is about 15 minutes drive or Truro railway station 30 minutes drive.

Distances
The Eden Project is about 45 minutes drive away.

Further details
There are local shops, pubs and restaurants in Constantine and Gweek villages which are a short distance away.
