The cottage will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after you have departed and bed linen and towels are provided. There is however no maid service during your stay. Please note there is no central heating in the cottage. |
Notes on accommodation
Please note that this is a small cottage with beautiful views. There is heating downstairs in the form of an electric fire.
Please do not take the towels to the beach you will need to bring your own beach towels. Not suitable for pets. No smoking.

Accessibility
There is no parking outside the cottage however there is vehicle access to the cottage and you can park outside to drop luggage and shopping. There is however parking in the nearby side streets or there is a free public car park a short walk from the cottage.

Decked area to rear of property overlooking the sea with two sun chairs and a table and chairs for two people.

Situated above the sea wall overlooking the coast. 1 minute walk to the beach.
Travel
Newquay is the nearest airport which is 1 hour's drive away. Cars can be hired at Newquay airport.

20 minutes to Penzance.
1 hour to Newquay.
Further details
Porthleven is a bustling harbour its closest neighbouring villages/towns being Helston and Penzance. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes and a small supermarket. The Loe Bar walk around the coast path and through the estate is beautiful.
