The master bedroom is very spacious, and being partially below ground, is beautifully cool in Summer and warm in Winter. Topsham is a very attractive little town, full of interesting shops, first class restaurants and cafes. It has excellent facilities and is renowned for its architecture, riverside walks and bird life. It's easy to get to (only 3 miles from the M5).

Exeter airport is 5 miles from Topsham. There is a regular service from Topsham rail station to the main line station at Exeter St Davids.
