Accessibility
The rooms are on the first floor of the house and are suitable for most people that can manage stairs. Unfortunately, the rooms are not suitable for wheelchairs. Our apologies.

Outside
Guests are invited to use the garden in good weather and the heated, outdoor swimming pool.
There is plenty of parking at the property.

Coast/Beach
The house is less than a mile from the beautiful tidal river walks of St. Clements.
There are many gorgeous beaches around within easy access by car. Below is a guide to useful beaches that offer variety to the tourist and approx driving times:
Surfing beaches: Perranporth 15min drive. Crantock 20min drive. Newquay 30 min drive.
Sailing/watersports: Loe beach 15 min drive. Falmouth 25min. Roseland Peninsular 20 min drive. Rock 40 min drive

This is a guide, we can be flexible if need be. Please ask. House is not available in summer as it is let full time as holiday let from 1st July to 31st August.

About the owner
Hi, we are a family of four. Oliver is a teenager and our son Ben is nearly 13. We moved to beautiful Cornwall 10 years ago and never get bored of our cliff and beach walks. We do however go abroad in the summer with our extended family. We started off renting our house out to friends and have developed it into a small business where we offer our lovely house to other families wishing to explore this amazing county. It is important to us that our guests enjoy themselves and our house and believe our house reflects the warm ethos of its hosts.
