The farmhouse is rented with the inclusion of the down stairs self contained apartment and a beautiful rustic self contained 1 bed log cabin in the grounds. In total sleeps 21 (inc 3 sofa beds) which is ideal for large parties inc well behaved hen/or stag parties or several families.The lounge has a large dining table that seats 16. We can also inc the second log cabin in the grounds with hot tub, (sleeps 4) which will then accommodate 25 people please contact us for price. 50% Deposit payable at time of booking , balance due 1 month before plus £1000 cleaning /damage deposit refundable on stag parties £500 on hen parties and families ,please leave the barn in a clean and tidy condition as damage and cleaning will be taken from your deposit.

Changeover day

Accessibility
Private secure parking through electric gates to court yard will accommodate 8 veh, level ground lower floor apartment is suitable for elderly or disabled as is the log cabin however steps leading to main building through porch.

Outstanding views over Lansdown Bath, in idyllic rural location with private electric gated driveway and parking for up to 8 vehicles. Private luxury hot tub, barbecue,+Log fire baskets, patio area ,sun loungers and tables chairs etc .If the second cabin is booked too REF E525 The Linden ( total sleep is 25 ) there is another large terrace more sun loungers and a second hot tub and BBQ area, plus duck pond and extra parking for 4 vehs.
Coast/Beach
Bristol 40 min drive Weston Super Mare is approx 45 mins drive. There are numerous 1400 and 1600 century villages ie Castle Combe, Laycock a short drive away plus the beautiful Georgian city of Bath 10 min drive with its world heritage title.
Golf
In 5-10 minutes you can drive to 2 excellent 18-hole courses that welcome visitors. The Park and Lansdown golf clubs.

Bristol international airport is approx 45 min drive. Bath spa train station approx 15 min.
Distances
Walkers, horse riding mountain bikers, artists and horse race enthusiasts (as bath racecourse is less than 10 minutes drive) also the beautiful georgian city of bath (with the newly opened bath spa) just 12 min drive with numerous sites and activities along with all the various small villages such as Castle Combe. Laycock, Stonehenge etc.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking(non refundable), balance due 1 month prior, also a £1000 for stag parties, £500 for hen and familes, cleaning or damage deposit (refundable) is payable with second payment, refunded within 1 week of returning provided property is left clean and no damage or breakages.

Myself and my 18 friends have had a super time, lots of shopping , and lots of fun in the bars in bath Gina and hens Essex
We had one of the best Christmas ever all 16 of our family sat at the great table and the caterer Jim supplied did us proud , we left with fond memories of a terrific house and area , The Colly family Manchester.
What a beautiful part of the world you can stay in and relax in the hot tub or go for country walks ,or go into bath and party ,plus we could all sit together for dinner / lunch at the huge table , thanks Helen and the hens. Kent

Hi my name is Jim Mcalinden and I'm a 44years old property developer near Bath, I also do residential lets in the UK and about 5 years ago built 2 log cabins in the grounds of my house which overlooks the hills of Lansdown, Bath. I also bought a new villa in Cala Murada, Majorca for my self and let it when I'm not there. All my properties are in 4 star condition and furnished to a very high standard as I would if I stayed there myself.
