Recently refurbished, Little Canwood House, has been sympathetically restored to create a traditional yet modern and luxury feel, offering 5 star tourist board rated, luxury, self catering, accommodation suitable for families and groups - sleeps 8. We also offer kingsize bed with an Egyptian cotton bedlinen. The covered well in the kitchen is a very unusual special feature. Situated less than 15 minutes from Hereford City centre and approximately 20 minutes from the M50 motorway means that the accommodation is easily accessible. There is also a lockable shed for bicycles etc. Please note that anything left in the shed will be at your own risk.

There is a grassed lawn area to the front and rear of the property. At the rear is a raised patio area and a raised lawn area. All of the garden area is securely fenced. There are two stables, grazing and use of an indoor riding school available by separate negotiation. There is ample space for a horse box to be stored. There is also a lockable shed for tack and bicycles etc. Please note that anything left in the shed will be at your own risk.

There are a number of good golf courses all within half an hours drive of the property.

Approx 20 minutes from the M50 motorway for easy access.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the rental is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within this period then the full rental is immediately due.
