Set in very large garden, with large lawn (and football net) at the front and a secluded garden and orchard at the rear. Excellent walks from the front door to local heath, marsh and beaches. An ideal base for exploring the beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coast, including the Minsmere, the shingle spit of Orford Ness, and famous churches such as Blythburgh and Wenhaston. Good cycling country. Thorpeness, with boating lake, golf course and beach, is 2 miles. The attractive town of Aldeburgh, famous for its summer carnival and music festival, good shops, pubs and restaurants, shingle beach, lifeboat station and golf course, is 2 miles. Leiston with shops and a good leisure centre with swimming pool, is 2 miles. Riding in Tunstall Forest, 5 miles. Ipswich 40 minutes.

Riding in Tunstall Forest (5 miles). Many lovely walks and cycling paths, some directly from house.
