It´s a really nice apartment, light, spacious and tastefully furnished. Everything you could need is there and it´s very clean.
It lives up to all the expectations outlined on the website.
It´s very close to tubes and buses, King´s Cross St Pancras Stn is just 3 or 4 minutes' walk.
The owner is very nice and helpful.
Everything was perfect during our stay!

Loved the apartment. Very spacious, quiet, bright, modern and comfortable. Great location for transport in London and access to the Eurostar. Just next door is Kings Place concert hall and a few metres further is the canal so you can take a relaxing walk along the towpath right through the middle of London. Paul is a very nice bloke and gave us plenty of information about local pubs and restaurants. I just hope its available the next time we're in London.

We had the best time in London, traveling with two young children (baby and toddler), greatly thanks to this wonderful apartment. The flat is exactly the same as the photos, it has a wonderfully spacious living room and kitchen and two very clean and comfortable bedrooms.
We had no problem getting around thanks to the great location, only 2 minutes walk from Kings Cross station.
The apartment was Sunny and the balcony was an excellent green spot to chill out.
Paul, the owner, was very helpful and friendly.
We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family!!!!

The apartment is just like in the pictures, light and airy, loads of space and there is also a nice terrace to rest after seeing the sites. The beds are very comfortable and bedding good quality. Lovely and clean and everything one needs if one wants to eat at "home". Well placed too for getting around, a couple of minutes walk to kings cross, lovely walk along the canal to Camden town,,and bars and restaurants in the neighborhood if one wants to eat locally.
Booking notes
A 30% non-refundable deposit to be received to confirm the booking. A security deposit of £200 is also required. This will be returned at the end of your rental (unless there is damage to the apartment), directly to your bank account within 1 week of vacating the apartment. Please note that all payments should be made in full. Any bank/transfer charges should be paid in addition to the rent.

Kings Cross is the most convenient part of London, there is easy access to all of London, and it also has the Eurostar! Kings Cross has great restaurants and bars. And there is a concert hall next door.

The apartment is very large- people are always surprised how it is much larger than it looks in the photos! It is also a very warm flat - great for a British winter. But with large windows and terrace- perfect for the summer.
