Bramley Cottage lies in the heart of the Wye Valley in the small peaceful hamlet of Pencoyd, close to its delightful church. Situated near to the main residence, this newly converted luxury holiday cottage is only five miles from the picturesque town of Ross-On-Wye and near to the Cathedral town of Hereford, famous for the Mappa Mundi and the tradition of cider making.
Herefordshire, the Wye Valley and the Golden Valley are all very much unexplored and undiscovered areas of England, hidden beyond the Cotswolds from London and nestling against the borders of Wales. It is therefore peaceful and picturesque, away from the hussle and bussle of traffic, but never far from wonderful country pubs of which there are many within just minutes of Bramley Cottage.
The cottage provides the perfect holiday location from which to explore the stunning countryside, whether on foot along the banks of the River Wye to Symonds Yat, or on bikes through the Forest of Dean or along the Black Mountains.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday.
Unless otherwise agreed the arrival time is from 4 pm. and the departure time is 10.30 am.

| Living Rooms: | The living room is upstairs and open plan with lovely views across the countryside. This combines with the kitchen and dining area. Equipment includes TV, Video, DVD, Freeview, and a stereo. |

The property has central heating and is suitable for children. Up to two well behaved pets are accepted but there is a small surcharge.

The cottage has its own private garden which includes a patio and lawn. The area is child and pet proof with secure gates.

Booking notes
A deposit of 30% of the total price is required at time of booking. The balance to be paid eight weeks prior to the arrival date. Late cancellation insurance is recommended as the full cost may be payable in the event of late cancellation. Payment can be made in pounds sterling by cheque or direct bank transfer.
