The rate per week of £350 per week excluding bills minimum 3 month booking.

The rate for 7 days at a rate of £85 per day all inclusive.
The rate for 8 to 14 days at a rate of £77 per day all inclusive.
The rate for 15 to 21 days at a rate of £73 per day all inclusive.
The rate for 22 to 28 days at a rate of £70 per day all inclusive.
(ex. Christmas -23rd Dec until 3rd Jan are at a rate £99 per day if less than a 2 month block of time.)

Changeover day
There is no specific changeover day and I am flexible on the checkout time. Check out by 12 noon and check in after 4pm. This policy is flexible so please ask if you have a special request. There are no addition hidden charges, all bills are included.

Living Rooms: 19' reception room with balcony, sofas, dining table with 4 chairs, 42' Plasma TV freeview, tastefully decorated with contemporary items.

An initial welcome pack of towels for four people is standard. An extra weekly clean is available on request at a reasonable charge. There is no cost for the checkout cleaning this is included in the cost of your stay.

You are met by myself the owner on arrival, I give you a full induction to the apartment, the keys to the flat and the parking are handed over. You may receive an extra set of keys at no extra cost. There are no addition hidden charges, all bills are included, no VAT. If you do need a highchair or other special items please ask I would be happy to consider any requests.

Accessibility
The apartment is accessed by a lift onto the second floor and there are no steps from the main street or the car park into the lift lobby area.

Outside
The balcony has views over London and a direct view over the canal where river boats run into the Limehouse basin Marina some 1 minutes walk away.

Coast/Beach
The Thames River is a 5 minute walk where you can walk into the city centre beside the river. You can catch the train from Waterloo station to Brighton and be on the beach after a 40 minute train journey.

Travel
City airport is some 15 minutes away by train or road and Heathrow is a 45 minute rail journey away. Local transport links include Limehouse DLR and British Rail stations 3 minutes walk away and nearby Rotherhithe Tunnel and A13 for those travelling by road 1 minutes drive.

Distances
The apartment is 100metres from a Tesco supermarket and a two stop journey from the many malls in Canary Wharf.
It is situated perfectly for swift access into Canary Wharf, where there an excellent array of dockside attractions and is moments from picturesque Limehouse Basin and charming Narrow Street.

Further details
Limehouse nestles perfectly between Wapping and Canary Wharf and it has emerged as a location of choice for people working in the City or Canary Wharf. Narrow Street has many of the characteristics of Wapping, with classic warehouse conversions lining the river. In contrast to the historical riverside warehouses, Limehouse Basin has bloomed into a picturesque marina surrounded by modern, purpose-built apartments. Narrow Street boasts famous gastro pubs such as The Grapes and Gordon Ramsay’s latest eatery The Narrow.

A day pass can be bought on the The Thames river boat which is locatedat Canary Wharf, which means you can travel to many of the tourist sites by river. Greenwich, Chealsea Harbour and it is a great way to get an alternative city centre sight seeing tour.

The bars and restaurants in the hotels at St. Katherines Dock (Tower Hill) has a great bar which overlooks Tower Bridge and has live misic played on weekday evenings. A well kept secret. There are many restaurants in the hotels which are great value and you can avoid the higher prices charge by others with waterside views.

From Tower Bridge a 5 minute walk from the apartment you can walk into the city centre on the south side, pass many tourist sights, HMS Belfast, The Globe, London Dungeons, Haymarket, and stop for lunch at The Founders Arms a gastor bar by the riverside. Many people go for an run along this route in either direction out to Canary Wharf or into the city centre.
