Lanyon and the Coach House have oil fired central heating and either wood burners or open fires.
Coswyn has a ground source heat pump that heats both the water and the central heating.

The swimming pool is heated and is 16x32 ft, it is a shared pool. Heated from May to October.

St Ives Bay 3 miles. A large bay with many sandy beaches. Miles of beach with many activities. Surfing, windsurfing, canoeing etc. at the far end of the beach rock pools for children to explore.
Golf
West Cornwall golf course is 5 miles. It is a coastal golf course.
Travel
Newquay airport is 25 miles.
The use of a car is essential.

Booking notes
A deposit of 20% on booking and the remainder due one month before holiday date. Deposit is non returnable. Once the holiday is booked the client is liable for the whole amount. Insurance is advisable.

Enjoyable time in beautiful surroundings, accommodation perfect, the children enjoyed the space and of course the pool.
A great time was had by all, great place, lovely hosts.
