Our lovely, comfortable family home with stunning garden laid to lawn with flower beds, an orchard, 3 fields, vegetable garden and greenhouse with grape vine (a gardener is employed!). All the bedrooms are doubles, the main bedroom is huge and has en-suite bathroom and shower. Our largest conservatory includes a beautiful dining table that can seat 16/18 people and is wonderful to sit in at anytime of day.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, but normally Saturday to Saturday. Weekends and Mid week possible.

Notes on accommodation
This house is very much a large family home with everything you need for special occasions - it is a great place for special parties and the like - it is laid well back from road and is not overlooked (a very private setting). Sofa beds can be added to most of the rooms including downstairs library. We have a huged DVD and CD collection, a quality Bose dock and speaker for iPod and various CD players, there are digital TV's in most rooms including kitchen.

The gardens are huges laid many to lawn, with beautiful trees and shrubs, the orchard has apple, pear, plum and cherry trees in it, fields are free to run and play in as you please, in Summer there is garden furniture, BBQ, Chiminea, large trampoline, large paddling pool, bikes and sand pit etc.
Coast/Beach
Within easy reach to The fabulous North Norfolk Beaches of Holkham, Wells Next to the sea, Brancaster, Stiffkey, Cromer, Blakeney, Cley and also Hunstanton all of which are with 20 miles or so. The Amazing Norfolk Broads are a short drive as is the stunning ciy if Norwich.
Golf
Many golf beautiful courses near by namely: Weston Park, Dunston Hall, Swaffham, Rymerston, Dereham and the fabulous Brancaster, Cromer, Sherringham and Hunstanton course are also near.
Travel
Within easy access to the Historic City of Norwich, with its 11th century castle, 3 cathedrals and excellent shopping facilities including covered markets and the new Chaplefields mall, which is already one of the top ten shopping malls in the UK. The fabulous North Norfolk coast is within easy reach, as is the Queens country residence of Sandringham. London is 85 minutes by train and Cambridge 50 minutes.

Norwich - 18 miles.
Kings Lynn - 25 miles.
Coast - approx 20 miles.
Swaffham with it's famous Saturday market - 7 miles.
London - 85 mins by train.
Dereham - 4 miles.
Further details
Dereham is our nearest town - it is the centre of Norfolk and has everything one would desire in a centre - there is a Friday market every week. Swaffham is a charming, historic market town with great Saturday Market and ample shops. Norfolk has a very special coastline, which is within easy reach, we have fantastic bird watching ares such as Titchwell, Cley and others. We can arrange Clay Pigeon shooting days if interested. We have lovely museums, one of the best Rural Life Museums (Gressenhall)in the country is 5 minutes away. Many stately homes with there varied events are also near: Blickling,Flelbrigg and Holkham Hall to name a few. Waitrose /Tesco/Morrisons supermarkets are all in easy reach.
Booking notes
10% non refundable deposit required on booking. Balance of payment due 6 weeks before start of holiday. A security deposit of £300 is also payable which will be refunded at the end of your stay, subject to any damage or breakages occuring.
