Weekend and week lets payable in advance. Short term / long term lets payable monthly in advance. Security deposit - 25% deposit payable at time of booking, the balance to be paid before arrival. A £600 damage security deposit is required with the final payment. The security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of your departure providing no damage has occurred.
