2 bedroom apartment located on the top floor (2nd). The large windows allow copious amounts of sunlight to stream in. A huge bright master bedroom has a superking sized bed, large desk and quality office chair and loads of wardrobe space. The 2nd bedroom has a lot of storage space, a beautiful 4 poster bed and a desk with quality office chair. A full sized single (90 cm) folding bed (including bedding) can be set up either in the master bedroom or lounge. Baby cot avail. Kitchen and a separate dining area/lounge. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and TV. All the crockery, cutlery, pots and pans you could wish for are provided. The lounge has a 32 " LCD TV with FreeView on a 180 degree swivel bracket, stereo system with CD player and a gas fire. There is also wireless internet. Dining table has seating for 4. Towels and linens provided. Property is cleaned only between guests unless by prior arrangement. |

Notes on accommodation
Usual check-in is after 4 pm; check-out by 10 am. Please enquire if you need special arrangements.
Guests may, of course, smoke outside should they wish to. Wireless internet is available; however, you must bring you own laptop. No pets.
We assume no liability for the safety and well-being of your children; they must remain under your close supervision during your stay.
We would very much appreciate it if children could be carefully managed (sticky finger marks on the sofa, as we’ve experienced in the past, will not help us ensure that our next guests enjoy their stay as much as we hope you do). Deductions for extra cleaning will be taken from your security deposit.
Accessibility
1 bedroom apartment: Only a few steps down off the street level with a private entrance, you'll find easy access into the flat - even with the heaviest luggage.
2 bedroom apartment: Located on the top floor (2nd) of a Victorian conversion.
Outside
1 bedroom apartment: The landscaped garden is accessed from the lounge via French doors, leading firstly on to a private decked area and then onto the beautiful communal garden with a further decked patio. There is a table and chairs with seating for 6, as well as two sun loungers, a shed and a BBQ.
2 bedroom apartment: Located on the top (2nd) floor, access to communal garden.
Parking for either flat: On-street parking available; daily permits (£5 each) may be ordered through us at time of booking; otherwise metered parking is available from 09:30 - 17:30 on Monday through Saturday (max 4 hrs).

Closest beach is Brighton, 80km.
Golf
Closest course is 3km away, but there are several in the area.

'Harrisons' restaurant (part-owned by celebrity chef Rick Stein). down the road. There are bars aplenty too, perhaps the best known being 'The Bedford'. Winner of the Evening Standard award for Best London Pub 2002, the 'Banana Cabaret' part of the Bedford is a famous live music and comedy venue that attracts big names week in week out. (And is just at the end of the road from the apartment!).
Famous sporting venues like Wimbledon and Twickenham close-by; St. Georges Hospital near too.

Even the 'highlights' depend on what takes your fancy. If you're a 'first timer' to London, of course you must see the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament and Big Ben), the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column, Downing Street, St Paul's, The Mall, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, Harrods, the British Museum...
But where to stop? Take in a West End show? Of course. Do a cruise down the Thames? Perhaps. What about Madame Tussauds? The London Dungeon? The National Gallery? The Tate? The London Aquarium? London Zoo? Hyde Park? Greenwich? Hampton Court? HMS Belfast? Kew Gardens...
The fact is there are many many sources of information on such things, from websites to Tourist Information, so we shall not even try and do justice to London in a paragraph or two here. It is quite simply one of the world's great cities, where you could spend weeks and still not feel you have seen everything worth seeing. You pays your money, and you takes your choice, but one thing's for sure...you'll never be bored!
Booking notes
If booking within 8 weeks of the commencement of the letting, the full rental sum is required with your booking form, together with a security deposit of £100.
If the booking is made earlier than 8 weeks prior, a rental deposit of 50% of the rental sum is to be forwarded with your booking form. The remaining balance of the rental sum, together with the security deposit of £100, is then due 8 weeks prior to the letting.
Security deposit refunded within 10 days of departure, upon inspection.
