Off street parking to rear of flat through secure, electric gates (£25/week extra). Near to excellent bars, restaurants and shops. Close to both Angel (Zone 1) and Highbury & Islington tube, near quick bus routes to City and West End. The flat is marked by a red arrow in street view photo. Please note minimum lets. We are normally flexible on start and stop dates. Rentals incur an additional £50 charge for cleaning and linen.

| Living Rooms: | The living space and the rest of the studio are confluent, with a huge glass door overlooking the pretty, little town garden. |

The garden is about 12' x 18', but quiet, sunny and pretty. There is a primary school next door - plenty of children's chatter and birdsong in the trees.
Distances
The flat lies within the central zone on the Underground - Zone 1. It is a 6-10 minute walk to the Tube station through beautiful Georgian London and the famous Chapel Market. Buses 5 mins. Two excellent gastro pubs 100m. Lots and lots of other bars/restaurants 5-10min walk. Nearest corner shop 300m.
Interesting independent shops and Camden Passage antiques market close by.
Further details
Islington is a charming, safe and cosmopolitan part of London. Tony Blair lived 200m from the flat with his family.The flat is a located in a conservation area.
The flat is on the ground floor thus providing easy access if required.

Shorter periods occasionally possible , but you would need to pay a supplement. Minimum booking 7 days over the period of the Olympic games. 50% deposit required to secure booking. Balance payable 1 month prior to rental. Payment accepted by PayPal or bank transfer.
