Cot Hill Cottage is a 2 bed detached cottage in a quiet location within the historical village of Stratton, 1.5 miles from Bude and its sandy beaches. Totally refurbished in 2008 and offering flexible accommodation it comprises of fitted kitchen, lounge with dining area, luxury bathroom and conservatory leading to enclosed courtyard garden with patio furniture and BBQ. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms one with WC. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles in the form of a single garage with car port. Heating is provided in the form of gas central heating and an electric log effect stove. Pets are welcome.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. The cottage is available after 3pm on changeover day and guests are asked to vacate by 10am on day of departure to ensure that the cottage can be thoroughly cleaned.

The cottage is cleaned weekly with linen and towels provided.

Use of gas central heating and electric fire are provided free of charge. Enclosed courtyard garden suitable and safe for children.

The bathroom is downstairs, providing accessibility for those with some mobility issues.

Enclosed pretty courtyard garden with large round table, adjustable garden chairs and parasol. BBQ. Retractable washing line.

Coast/Beach
1.5 miles to the sandy beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets within Bude. Widemouth Bay is 2 miles and there are lots of secluded coves within a short drive to explore.

Golf
Several courses within easy reach including Ivy Leaf golf course (2 miles away) and Bude golf club. (1.5 miles).

Distances
Bude 1.5 miles, Boscastle and Tintagel 15 miles. Clovelly, Milky Way theme park and 'The Big Sheep' 15/20 miles. Eden Project 1.5 hours drive (approx).

There is a village shop/postoffice in Stratton and large supermarket 1 mile away with a range of local shops in Bude. There are 2 local pubs with restaurants within walking distance of the cottage and a wide range of pubs/restaurants in the nearby towns and villages. Bude enjoys good surfing and lessons are available with local companies. There is a mountain board centre at Ivy Leaf catering for all abilities.
