This cottage is ideal if working in the area or touring Stratford upon Avon, either visiting Shakespeare properties or going to RSC Theatre. 5 mins from the edge of the Cotswolds with picturesque Chipping Campden only 10 mins away. Plenty to see and do with golf, fishing, horse-riding nearby. Honeybourne Railway Station is 8 minutes away with good train links to London. To the rear of the cottage is a real sun trap with table and chairs for a BBQ or just relax and take in the peace and tranquility of the area or just listen to the birds. Cottage is centrally heated with an electric fire in the lounge/diner. Large TV, with DVD, video and selection of books should you wish to relax and recharge the batteries. There are many restaurants within easy driving distance with the famous Pudding Club at The Three Ways Hotel, Mickleton. Good walking area 5 minutes away with stunning views. Parking to the rear or to the front of the property, no parking to the side of the cottage.

Short breaks available depending how many guests staying from £150 for 3 day stay. Short breaks are only accepted 2 weeks before. Stays that are during Bank holidays carry a supplement. Dogs £15 per week, maximum of 2 dogs
Changeover day
Cottage is available from 3.00pm and must be vacated by 10.00a.m. on day of departure. You will be told about the keys when final payment has been received.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with pine double bed with Velux window over. with a single bed with window overlook the front of the property. Cot can be erected in here should you wish. Bedroom 2 is a small double room with also overlooking the front with radiator. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom consists of toilet, bath with shower over, hand-basin, centrally heated. Velux window. Airing cupboard with additional blankets should you require. |
| Kitchen: | Modern kitchen with 2 windows. Electric hob with oven, microwave, washing machine with tumble dryer. Fridge and separate freezer. Very well equipped to entertain 6 persons. |
| Utility Room: | Utility room under stairs, with ironing board and iron, clothes pegs, vacuum, brush and dustpan. BBQ. |
| Living Rooms: | Living/dining room with large 26 inch TV, with DVD, video and a few games. Sofabed with 2 easy chairs. Electric fire and 2 radiators. Pine dining table overlooking patio with French doors leading out to rear. |
| Other: | Central heating boiler to the rear of the property behind trellis with dustbins. Washing line. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bath/hand/tea towels are all supplied. Beds are made up for the number of persons staying at the cottage. If staying for more than 1 week, extra bed linen/towels are supplied at the beginning of your holiday and placed in the airing cupboard. |
Notes on accommodation
Fully centrally heated.
Good playing field with swings etc 2 minutes walk away and also children are allowed to play ball games here as not suitable at the cottage. Also pub within walking distance.

Birmingham Airport 50 minutes away. Car hire is essential to stay at this property so that you can explore the beautiful area. Though on a bus route. Honeybourne Railway Station 2 miles away which is good for London etc.

Home from home. Beautifully equipped and excellent touring area.
We will be back, so much to see and do, we did not have enough time to do it all.
Loved the cosy cottage. Extremely well equipped, very clean.
We even did a day trip to London by train.
