The cottage has a modern feel whilst still maintaining a wealth of personality befitting its age. The property has gas central heating throughout and benefits from a combination boiler. The beautiful sandy beach at Westward Ho which sits on the fabulous Northam Country Park with its adjoining Links Golf Course is only 2 miles away. Appledore is a short drive from the historic village of Clovelly and for the children; it's also within close proximity to two of the most popular all weather attractions in North Devon, The Big Sheep and Milkyway.

Changeover day is on a Saturday. Guests may arrive from midday onwards and the departure time is 10.00 am.

Living Rooms: Large open plan lounge with log burner. Flat screen TV (with free view), DVD player, CD player/radio, 2 sofas and 2 character window seats.
