Tucked down a no through lane, set in a peaceful location in the Blackdown Hills, and with lovely views, it is perfect for relaxation and exploring this superb area. Ideal for that romantic break but suitable for young children too! On the ground floor there is an entrance hall; living/dining room with wood-burning stove in stone surround fireplace and beamed vaulted ceiling with colour TV (with Freeview) and stereo/CD player; modern fitted kitchen with beams. Bathroom/WC with over-bath shower, bidet and heated towel rail. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with beams and sloping ceiling. Small single bedroom. Outside parking. Garden with patio and furniture. Honiton and the East Devon Heritage Coast are within easy reach, as are Sidmouth, Seaton and Exmouth. Golf, historic houses and gardens abound. Exeter close by.

| Living Rooms: | The entrance to the cottage is through French doors allowing light to stream into the open plan lounge/dining room. The lounge has attractive stone walls and a beamed and vaulted ceiling and a log burning stove for those colder nights. |

Linen included not towels. Linen changed on Saturdays. |

Accessibility
Not suitable for people with mobility problems due to steps down to the cottage and bedrooms upstairs.

Outside there is a small garden with suntrap patio to enjoy the peace and quiet in. Free range eggs available from our own chickens and please come and meet Christina and Britney our Kune Kune Pigs!

Two golf courses within 10 minute drive.

Exeter Airport - 15 minutes by car.

We are well placed to explore the surrounding area being 5 minutes from the A30/A35. Explore the coast from Lyme Regis to Torbay. Day trip to Eden. Too many places to see and do to mention on here but we are delighted to advise guests according to their interests.

Please email or call to check availability and price. £75 deposit to secure booking unless booked within 6 weeks of travel when full payment must be made. Short breaks not available during July and August.
